Terms & Conditions
1. Monthly Invoicing & Fees
Fees are invoiced monthly in advance and must be settled within 7 days of the invoice date. We offer three pre-determined monthly packages based on class frequencies. There are no registration or administrative fees.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling (Makeup Classes)
To schedule a makeup class for a missed session, you must notify the academy or your assigned teacher at least **24 hours in advance**. Missed classes without prior 24-hour notice will be charged as normal and are not eligible for refunds or makeup sessions. Makeup classes must be completed within 30 days of the missed class.
3. Punctuality & Attendance
Students must log in to Zoom/Skype on time. Tutors will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. If the student fails to join within 15 minutes, the session is marked as completed.
4. Public Holidays & Academic Breaks
The academy remains closed on major Islamic holidays (specifically Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha). Paid lessons falling on these public holidays will be rescheduled or adjusted in the next billing cycle.
5. Termination of Subscription
You can pause or terminate your class subscription at the end of any billing month. We request a 1-week notice before the next invoice is generated to update our system.
